First Tee – Delaware would like to extend a HUGE Thank You to all of those who supported our 2021 Virtual Guest Bartender Event. It was a success, and we did hit our goal of raising $10,000 to continue our programming through 2021 and beyond . . . actually we exceeded it by $1,300!

Guest Bartender Fundraiser

Virtual Guest Bartenders:

1st Place goes to the Delaware State Golf Association (DSGA) with 248 votes

In addition, we had 3 people who came very close up to the final moments of the event!

• Chris Anderson with 242 votes, who really pulled through on the extension of the event
• Charma Bell, our Program Director who worked her magical smile and came in with 220 votes
• Joel Coppadge with 202 votes, who was in first place up until the last day

Social Distancing Guidelines

As we are eagerly awaiting to get our programming started the week of July 27th, please review these Social Distancing Guidelines with your participants, friends and family members.

At The First Tee of Delaware, we will be implementing all of these Guidelines as it will be necessary to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Please know that our Staff, Coaches and Volunteers, are in constant communication, along with the guidance from our Board of Directors and the First Tee National, in planning the appropriate time frame to re-start our programming.

Guest Bartender Ideas

Homefull provides vital services to homeless men, women, and children in Dayton and Montgomery County and works to end homelessness through housing, services, advocacy and education. The guest bartender challenge is a great opportunity for the community to come together for the common goal of ending homelessness.

Our guest bartenders were an easy choice and we didn’t have to look far for their amazing support. Add to it the fact that our event is set during National Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week and this should be an incredible night of fun, amusement, awareness and action.
